Weekend Getaway at the National Arts & Crafts Conference

This past weekend, I attended the 31st National Arts & Crafts Conference, the largest three-day conference and contemporary crafts and furnishings show held in Asheville, North Carolina.  I had such an amazing time, met genuinely nice people and found it extremely informative.  There were hundreds of antique vendors and contemporary craftspeople lining the corridors with furniture, pottery, textiles, and fine art.  Everybody hear is so nice, helpful and encouraging.  I have had so many people whose work I respect telling me that I should have my work here, which has been extremely encouraging.  I am hoping to get a booth and bring my artwork to the conference next year!
